The fight was started in the 3rd inning when Alex Rodriguez was hit in the elbow by Arroyo’s 1-1 pitch. The situation got pretty serious right away since Rodriguez started cursing badly at Arroyo. Then, Rodriguez directly started using his curse at Veritek. Within just a minute, a friendly match turned into hits and crashes. Meanwhile, Kevin Millar and Trot Nixon planned to hit some punches at Tanyon Sturtze who was the starting pitcher. Having wound up with a bloody left ear, Sturtze left the game.

Even if it was just a game, they concluded the game with them being the true enemies. The Reds pitcher Cueto kicked his team catcher LaRue which caused LaRue to retire forcefully.
Toronto Blue Jays Against Texas Rangers
This popular fight between the Toronto and Texas held on May 15, 2016, during the legendary 7th inning of Game 5.
The drama began with a very strange play when the Blue Jay’s third baseman José strike the ball and run to give his team the lead.
While José Bautista tagged along the home run with a flick of the bat, the rival team thought it was disrespectful. The rangers and the second baseman Odor tried to get even on May 16 game-plays where Bautista paid for his misbehavior. In 8th innings of serious game, Bautista took a risky fall into 2nd base to divide the two plays. As an alternative, he tried to play with Odor’s fury and when the play ended he left Bautista’s hand.
The Odor showed his anger on Bautista’s face. He stared at Bautista and started to hit his face. However, it ended after some moment. Yet, the Rangers managed to win the game.
Texas Rangers Against Chicago White Sox
It was a horrible match in the history of baseball game of Texas Ranger and The White Fox that held in late 1990. It became one of the awkward and appalling fights during that time. However, the fight started when the shooter threw purposely at the back of the striking player. It happened between the Rangers Nolan Ryan who was a hall of fame pitcher against the White Sox’s 3rd baseman Robin Ventura.
Ryan was known for his great pace fastball throwing and he can do it at his 46 year age in an easy way. The main issue was Ryan who was targeting the back of Robins back and throws it at a high pace. Then, Robin got angry at him and ran to him to fight. Ryan knew that he would come and he was ready as he blocked his head and tried to give him some fist punches.
However, the fight stopped after other players ran towards them and tried to stop them.
Mexico Against Canada
In 2013 at World Baseball Classics, this classic game was held for entertainment purposes but at some point, it became a real battle between the players of Mexico and Canada.
It is stated to be the best baseball fights in the history of baseball. The main reason for this scrap is anger and ego. Also the Mexican and Canadian do not like each other. It all started when the Mexican player hit the ball in the opposite team player’s back. At first, Mexican pitcher hits 2 balls to threaten the Canadian baseman. The umpire warned him to stop, after that he directly threw the ball to the player back. Later, the baseman started to run towards the pitcher and then all player started to fight with each other.
Even Alfredo Aceves and other players started throwing bad punches to the rivals. The crowd threw full water bottle and hit Canadian pitching coach Denis Boucher right in the face. This led Canada shortstop Cale Iorg to throw the bottle back into the crowds angrily.
However, after that, the umpire called each team’s manager and then stopped the fight eventually.
Marichal Against Roseboro

The main reason for this fight is that the Giants Hall of Famer Juan Marichal hit Dodgers’ John Roseboro by using his fist. The fight started by Marichal who mistakenly threw the ball at Koufax in the back. As a result, Roseboro the catcher thought Marichal was intentionally throwing balls to aim at the head of Koufax. After that, they started fighting and Koufax with his members tried to stop the fight.
The fight injured the Dodgers’ catcher head which was drenched in blood. A mistake turned this fight into long-term enemies.
Baltimore Orioles Against New York Yankees
Another scariest fight in baseball records happened in the match between the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles. It held on May 19, 1998.
The Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles are known to be rivals for a very long time in the history of the baseball game. However, the Orioles still managed to play several times with the Yankees even if they are a foe. The fight was started because of the Orioles relief pitcher who intentionally hit the ball to the Yankee’s baseman in the back. It hit hard to the Yankees Baseman and the umpire quickly run to stop the fight before it started. The Yankees whole teammates came to fight along with the baseman but the umpire tells them to stop.
When the matter cleared, the coaches and players were yelling at each other from side to side with bad verbal abuse. After some time, it got serious and the whole things got way too ugly. Furiously, Yankees player Strawberry hits a shot to the Benitez into his face and he hit him for a long time. However, it stopped after some time.
Once the fight settled, there was a little bit of game left to conclude. Reprisal for the Yankees appeared in the form of Tim Raines. He deposited the first pitch and delivered right after the brawl. The match was concluded with the Yankees sealing the victory.
SEATTLE MARINERS AGAINST BALTIMORE ORIOLES
The next well-known bad incident is the Mariners against the Orioles which happened on June 6, 1993. The reason for this fight was the pitcher of Orioles Mike Mussina who hit Mariners catcher Bill Haselman. Mike Mussina, the pitcher of Mariners intentionally hit Bill Haselman, the catcher of Orioles. And then, again Mussina hit the hand of Bill. After that, Bill ran to beat Mussina for his misbehavior.
Mariners Pitcher Chris, who later returned in action after his injury, stopped the entire scrap. The fight was the reason why the game was delayed for over twenty minutes. This fight got so serious that it led the police to join and stop the brawl.
However, after some time the umpire forced the police to leave the place. The players came to break the mound fighting which makes fans quit the show.
Dodgers Chan Ho Park Against Angels Tim Belcher
If you are a baseball fan I’m sure you know about this incident as all players have to come for rescuing each player for the Dodgers and Angels fight. At first, it was a normal friendly match which was played in the right manner with no harm. After some moment the Dodgers pitcher Chan Ho Park started to mess with the Angels pitcher Tim Belcher.
The Dodgers pitcher and the Angels pitcher began fighting with each other in their rudest way which caused blood. Chan Ho Park got angry and threw hands at Angel’s pitcher Belcher by hitting a few punches on his head. He wasn’t satisfied with the punches since he tried to kick Belcher’s face.
However, the fights stopped after some moment.
San Deigo Pardes Against Atlanta Braves
Another one happened in 1984 between San Diego Padres against Atlanta Braves. It is stated to be the most horrible and most classic Major Baseball League fight. Things were edgy from the beginning. The fight happened many times and the umpire each time called for help as the player continuously fights for their ways. It all started when the Braves Pascual Perez, player of Atlanta Braves hit San Diego baseman Alan in the back. At first, the two cursed at each other.
After that, when the Padres player ED Whitson tried to hit the player of Braves Perez, Perez ran with the bat to defend but there were no hits or punches thrown. Then in the 4th innings, Perez was interrupted while Whitson and the manager were cast out by the umpire.
After that, many innings passed and then in the 8th innings Lefferts hit Perez with his elbow and the fight started again. The brawl was ultimately restored. However, the cooler heads failed to prevail for long. During the game of top of the 9th, the Braves’ Donnie Moore hit Graig Nettles in the backside and sparked another fight.
